There's this myth that eating clean is going too look something like egg whites, broccoli with poached chicken and fish and steamed vegetables. Well while those things are definitely great for you, they don't need to be boring and seasoning is key!
When writing a nutrition plan for someone I will ALWAYS add seasoning options because in reality, unless you're competing and in your last few weeks before comp, you can afford to add flavour to your food:

Review : My absolute favourite seasoning for EVERYTHING!!! Ideally on chicken, cut up your chicken into pieces in a bowl with a very minimal amount of olive oil and then season as you desire. If you're watching your macros then i recommend measuring out exactly 5g of seasoning per piece of chicken portion you eat. 5g of this seasoning is equal to 9.5 calories. Also great to season your beef mince and steak.

Review : Perfect amount of spice if you enjoy the all purpose seasoning but like added spice or already add chilli to most things. I'm not great with spice and this isn't on the ridiculously spicy side so if you like spicy things you may even need o add more. Use in the same manner as you would for the non spicy version. 5g of this seasoning is equal to 8 calories.
3. Woolworths Taco Seasoning Mix 35g

Review : This is my go-to seasoning for mince beef and chicken. Ideally 1 packet per 500g of meat, sometimes if I'm cooking 1kg I will use 3 packets so it's super seasoned but as a rule of thumb 1 per 500g works well. If you're vegetarian you can even use this with veggies and beans.
