Avocado, Tomato & Turkey

  • 2 Rice Cakes
  • 40g Tomato
  • 40g Avocado
  • 60g Turkey Breast
  • Salt/Pepper to taste

Spread avocado on rice cakes, top with sliced tomato and turkey. Season to taste

 

 

Tuna & Avocado

  • 2 Rice Cakes
  • 40g Avocado
  • 50g Tuna in Springwater
  • Salt/Pepper to taste

  • 2 Slices Primo English Leg Ham
  • 40g of sliced mini tomatoes
  • Salt/Pepper to taste

Spread hummus on rice cakes, top with ham and sliced tomato. Season to taste

 

 

Cream Cheese & Salmon

  • 30g Light Cream Cheese
  • 50g Smoked Salmon

Spread cream cheese on rice cakes (15g per rice cake), top with smoked salmon. Season to taste

 

 

Curried Egg

Ingredients:

  • 2 Rice Cakes
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 10g of 99% Fat Free Mayonaise
  • Salt/Pepper to taste

Mix together mayonnaise and curry powder in a bowl. Gently stir in eggs, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Evenly divide between 2 rice cakes.
